Ancient Dragon Hunter Coronal + Legendary Dragon Coronal = Same item

Dear ZOS,
I would like to know why there are 2 items that are identical? In the current New Moon crate you can find the Ancient Dragon Hunter Coronal, and it looked really familiar, so I put my Legendary Dragon Coronal on and compared. They are identical. ??? Please explain?

Click on the pictures to make them larger but it does seem the Legendary one has inscriptions on it that the Ancient does not.3 -

I wholeheartedly agree. This is something that I as a player would never be scrolled in enough on an item someone else is wearing to even see the difference.0 -
