This may be common knowledge, but I thought I would share the exact XP numbers from my little experiment, comparing different "zones". Interesting results, at least for me.

You should try Imperial City / Sewers. I feel like they have good xp as well, possibly higher than Cyrodiil.

That's good, but the real figures of interest for those who care at all would more likely be xp/minute while killing as many things as possible.

My guess is that Public Dungeons come out on top here, since the mobs are far more densely packed in the area of 2-3x more enemies per pack, and those packs are generally very close together as well. More than makes up for the 25% xp per enemy drop.

    This^

The issue with dragonstar in particular is the boss fights and the wave design. If it was just a room with 40+ mobs in it, it would be THE grinding site.

Even at less than 1/3 of the value per mob, you're likely to get the same or better xp/hour at a public dungeon grind.

Ps, want a great one? The imperials in Bangkorai in the dwemer public dungeon drop tons of gold. Like 200/trash pack at times.
