@seecodenotgames suggestion does work when you’re at a guild store, though limited to the recipes listed in that store.

There’s a combo of addons that do what I think you’re looking for. Furniture Catalogue lists all furnishings, and let’s you filter by source (craftable, drop, luxury vendor, crown store), and let’s you further filter the craftable ones by known/unknown per toon.

It doesn’t let you preview the furnishing from the list but it does let you link items in chat, where you can then preview them with the “crafting preview” addon (out of date but still works for me).

Is there any addon to list known furnishing items as craft stations do ? For xample Lighting/Dining/Structure etc
I've tried most popular addons like Furniture Catalogue and there is only Alchemy-Blacksmithing-Clothing filter avaliable.

As to previewing items, I believe that has been greatly limited in-game. If I remember correctly, there use to be an addon that did give you a preview, but because of some policy and API changes, the ability to preview something that you do not own has been greatly reduced and/or eliminated.

Here are a couple websites I use to get a better idea of how thinks look. I use the websites in conjunction with the Furniture Catalog addon. In the addon, I can see a list of all furniture, or only ones I can currently craft, or even limit it to a specific character. I usually just use the search box to look for keywords. When you mouse-over the item name, a toolbox pops up that gives you all the information you need as to which crafting station, and what sub-category to look under in order to craft it. If the item is not player craftable, it will tell you where you can get it.

Bouncing between the web browser and the game can be a pain, but it at least gives you an idea of what it would look like and in some cases where to find the required recipe if you don't already have it.

I found this addon recently that enables you to preview furniture via right click

I have that one too, but it requires that you own the recipe or already have the item. Then it will give a preview. As it says right on the addon's page:

"A preview of drawings and pieces of furniture in the inventory. Available from the drop down menu.

Preview items from links in chat - never! ZoS Policy."

I wish there was some sort of housing editor or function in the game that would let me arrange furniture easier.

I am trying to use the "Essential Housing Tools" and I find it's worse than the base crap. Always "adjusts" to a particular point of view - which means I can't actually see what the heck I'm doing.

    This is soooo frustrating!!
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Have you used the new advanced placement options they recently added? It allows you to enter a different mode after placing an object that gives you a greater freedom of camera movement and the intervals on the axis seem to be in smaller increments. Except for using the add on for the crazier combination options, I've not needed to use it for most object placement since they added that.

Not a housing add on, but I keep the furnishing vendors page linked on UESP for ease of seeing which vendor sells what and I often cross reference on eso-housing.com. Additionally eso.mmo-fashion.com is another good resource.
"It is a time of strife and unrest. Armies of revenants and dark spirits manifest in every corner of Tamriel. Winters grow colder and crops fail. Mystics are plagued by nightmares and portents of doom."

I sometimes see more "lines" but it just looks confusing to me. The old system is annoying but relativly intuitive. When I added the Essential Housing Tools the whole thing just became unworkable.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'll have to calm down enough that I can trust I'm not going to punch the screen. That's how frustrating it is to me.
