Hello, I have submitted the above ticket yesterday but no response as of yet. When I try to load my main character who got disconnected while in my "primary residence" in game I get a black screen followed by the blue screen on PS4 with the error code CE-34878-0. I have tried all the fixes as stated on this forum. Including uninstalling and reinstalling ESO, deleting the local data, switching megaservers and defraging the HD. I understand during the current situation there are going to be slight delays. But after hours of reading through the forum for different fixes. I've seen horror stories where these types of tickets have been ignored. Any sort of update, even an ETA that my account will be looked at would greatly be appreciated. Just to know it will be dealt with. Thank you and I appreciate all the time and effort to correct this situation.

    I have just received an email today at 3:20 a.m.
    It gives more generic instructions, which I already have tried. I tried logging in my main character and still cannot.

    It is unclear to me if the issue is still being worked on, or the email was generated as it means my ticket is now closed.

    I dont want to update anything for fear of being requed, and losing even more time.

    I figured the newly prompted email would be the que that my account has been fixed and I am good to go but that is not the case. Main charater is still stuck in primary residence.

    It appears I am being directed away from ZOS and over to Sony support. This is beginning to worry me

    Appreciate any more feedback/guidance
