Free Home/Inn Room that's Closest to a Wayshrine

Which free house is closest to a Wayshrine? I have the free Inn Room in Vivec City which is very convenient but am wondering if there is anything that beats it.

Kittytravel✭✭✭✭✭Technically speaking Mara's Kiss is the closest to a wayshrine but is also behind two doors (one to leave the room and one to leave the inn) and so Sugar Bowl Suite has the better option as it's one door and a short walk to the wayshrine.
I know it wasn't asked but Mournoth Keep (325k) Kragenhome (69k) and Cyrodilic Jungle House (71k) are also two close houses to wayshrines if you ever look to upgrade but want to keep the convenience.
In addition Kragenhome does come with a rare furniture item (Dark Elf Bed Of Coals) that essentially pay for your purchase of the house and then some if you are willing to part with item. They can go for 150k+ on traders.4 -

✭✭✭✭The inn room in Vulkhel Guard is very close to a wayshrine.
Still, having two loading screens before you get outside can be painful.2
