I think something actually happened with the dragon imps. I've had a toon with the same blue imp dragon since they first came out months and months ago and little guy has hung out behind me out of everyone's way until this last weekend and suddenly he is all up in my grill while I'm crafting or at an outfit station, my OWN pet blocking my view of stuff. I was at a merchant yesterday and he was completely covering up the merchant's whole face and torso going "Dad. Dad. Dad. Dad. DAD. DAD. DAD I'M BORED. DAD. DAD." This is new behavior.

Well yes I could, and after I'd done what I needed to do in Daggerfall that's exactly what I did.

But the fact remains that this one player purposefully inconvenienced and interrupted a lot of players and awareness of this issue needs /needed to be raised with ZOS so that it can be fixed.

And as for the post stating that "I'm acting like there was a mob stalking me across wayshrines" etc.

Why on earth did you decided to withhold this info in your original post?This is a massively important chunk of information.

Don't act all fed up with people questioning whether it's griefing when your OP included absolutely none of this info and people are skeptical because "griefing" tends to be thrown around liberally and incorrectly on the forums.

ZOS should really put stations in other cities so that you can just travel and finish crafting there. Why have just one location? /s

Jokes aside it can be annoying for sure but I usually just go to another city, but that's just me.
