Sharing acc Site <=> Steam

Hello!
I did not find the answer to my questions here, so I am starting a new topic.
I think I would start playing ESO again.
In the past, I already bought the ELSWEYR version directly from the site. However, I sold my skins from CS: GO on Steam and I have a lot of money there and I want to use them. When I buy a basic game on Steam, can I use an already purchased DLC ELSWEYR and Crowns that I already have in my account?
And then what about sharing future purchases between the site and Steam?
1. Purchase Crowns on one platform and share with another.
2. Purchase ESO+ on one platform and share with another.
3. Purchase DLC GREYMOOR on one platform and share with another.

✭✭✭✭Wouldn't it be nice if regardless of where you started the game from, there was a central account and you could apply a CD or purchase key for content.0 -
I don't know exactly but I have an account connected to Steam and on that same account I went and purchased the game again for PC. This was the only way I thought I could have everything connected. It's a total waste to do it that way when you can have everything through Steam. You just come here and login with your User ID that is connected to Steam and you can purchase everything for your Steam account right here. No need to buy the game again like I did. It's a shame, that I have to buy the main game again, but at least it's work as I need.
