And just look at proposed changes that were brought up the past year, current pvp “test” and comments made in pts patch notes.

They’re completely redoing the game for the sake of redoing the game

Horizontal Progression.
And this isn't a single player TES game where you buy it and it stays in that state forever unless you buy DLC or mod it.
