What's your experience with getting the Malacath Brutal Scourge Hoop mythic lead in Betnikh?

Nope. After farming zombies and wolves, on and off for 3 days, it dropped from a wasp that attacked me while I was reading a map. I kid you not

As far as I know, this is correct. I've killed plenty of sewer bosses and not ever seen the Malacath lead. I have gotten it from the upper bosses, though. And they have twice the HP of the sewer partollers.
If you can't find a group, and enemy players are fighting it, stay hidden until the boss is nearly dead. Then rush it and ulti dump and drop as much damage as possible, and maybe you'll get credit for the kill and can get back in time to loot it if the enemies take you out. Alternatively, it's possible to whittle down bosses with ranged attacks from the (relative) safety of your alliance balcony, if the boss is being fought in that area. If it dies and is outlined in yellow, drop down and sneak out to loot it.

And I'm sitting here frustrated AF about the Gaze of Sithis lead you gotta wait 20 hours every day for just to have a CHANCE A TO GET IT.
USING 12 CHARACTERS BTW. EVERY *** DAY.
