Cant play game anymore due to dungeon queue glitch.

If i queue for a dungeon I get stuck in the queue loading and cannot leave it. I have logged onto multiple characters and the glitch still persist. I have restarted my PC and repaired my game but I still cannot leave queue. I have even joined a 4 man group and queued but we couldn't get into a dungeon and it gave them the glitch. I literally cant progress in the game anymore and don't know what to do.

it seemed to give them the glitch until they fully restarted their game.0 -
