Are we suppose to get tickets for the Summerset event?

I have done a delve, and have some of the gysers (sorry forget the name) and still no tickets. So if we are suppose to get tickets how are they done? What am I missing? I have read what ESO said and still no tickets. Just trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

All the info is in the news article. You get 3 tickets per day from the 1st Summerset daily you hand in.

Go to Alinor, pick up the two dailies near the wayshrine. When you complete one daily, you get three tickets for the first complete of the day.

I thought as @SpacemanSpiff1 said it would also be stuff that is not a daily.

Never did a daily in Summerset. Didn't even know it had any.

Thank you everyone for your comments.

It helps to read the event details in ESO News before the event starts, @Davor.

Keep an eye out next time ... each event has different ticket objectives.

No where was there a mention of a 12 ticket cap.

This was my first 'event' and was somehow supposed to know this after 5 days of farming.

ON the event merchnt a 12/12 would have let me know.
....Or an RED indicator on the 3 ticket completion of a question. (like when your inventory is full)
.......Or an automatic mailing of the 3 tickets to my inbox, only loot-able when I had enough room

But no , I had to learn the hard way having the tickets promised me on quest completion magically vanish WITHOUT notice.

As I said, I did read the events posting here, and that is why I asked. I have done a Delve and got no tickets. That is why I came here asking thinking I misunderstood something.

Be sure to read the news article carefully, @Davor ... I’ve boldfaced the key word for you immediately below:

“During the event period, you can acquire three as an additional reward for the first delve, world boss, Abyssal Geyser, or Cloudrest trial quest you complete each day— “

Thank you very much. I didn't know that Abyssal Geyser had quests to them. I know some delves have quests in them, but if already done, you can't do it again. I guess that is why I got no tickets. At least I understand now. Thank you again for explaining it to me.

You needed to pick up the daily repeatable quests from the NPC's in Alinor, just down the stairs after exiting the city wayshrine. And the geyser one, obtainable after a short introductory quest, is available on the opposite side of the water from the other two NPC's. Hopefully the next events provide you with enough tickets to catch up with anything you're after.

Daily quests are repeatable. They aren't the same as the ones you're talking about, which you get near/in a delve. Dailies have a blue quest arrow (all repeatable quests do) and in Summerset you get the delve and worldboss daily from members of the Divine Prosecution in central Alinor. Every (or almost every) DLC or chapter zone has them.
The geyser one comes from Battlereeve somethingsimething and requires some questing to unlock.

Thank you @Jinxxy85 and @Raisin. I didn't know about the location and I didn't know that Dailies had a blue quest marker. It all makes sense now.

Thank you so much. I just have learned some new things after playing on and off for years. Never did any daily quests except for the ones in Vukhel Guard (spelling?) to make weapons/armour and glyphs/potion/food. :)

It seems I have so much to do and enjoy now. :D

It's no problem :) we all still learn new things every day! And yeah any kind of daily repeatable has the different coloured quest marker, all dlcs have them if my memory is correct and things like undaunted and mages guild offer some. The ones you mentioned are the daily crafting writs, they're very good for making some money and getting some materials! Doing the dlc/expansion ones can grant you things like motifs and style materials for that area.

I know this is too late for the Summerset event but you can go to Inventory>Currency and see how many event tickets you have. Also will tell you how many out of your 200 transmute crystals you can hold you have.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."
