Can’t access toon left in housing.

Logged out of my character while in the psijic villa. Can’t get logged back in. Game disconnects. Only on the character that was left in the space. I do have a lot of housing items, a lot of trees and animated stuff. Is this the cause? Any solution?

I can’t find it, I managed to get the character out by using an alt and taking away all furnishings but obviously now I can’t use my house could this be an issue with the house itself?0

The Psijic Villa has caused a problem for me for some time now. Both with my own Villa and Guild House's. The only way I found to get your toon back is to raise a ticket and ask them to move the toon to any other zone.
Something to do with that house. I used to blue screen when travelling in via the map, so always had to use the front door.0 -
I got a response from my ticket they basically said it was a fault with my playstation but I have already tried everything they suggested and with so many people having the same issue I feel there must be a bug with the houses or basically the game can’t handle the amount of furnishings in larger houses as when I remove most items I can then leave the house, it’s a shame as I spent so much on my house

Avoranti✭✭✭✭✭Sorry for the very late reply. I managed to get 2 of my characters stuck in the house but also managed to get them out by removing several furniture items.
A guildmate said he also has the same issue but with a different personal space (He also has to remove furniture items to fix it). Seems the issue is caused by too many items being placed in the home. Perhaps more specifically in my case, too many items placed in a small space over lapping one another as well as too many trees placed outside.

Avoranti✭✭✭✭✭Well, I have this bug again. Psijic villa. Can’t get logged in. I get to the loading screen after selecting my character then error out.
What’s the point of being able to place housing items in a personal space if you get kicked for having them? (Btw, not at 700 Items but I do have a few big trees.)

The only solution I’ve found Is to log in using another character, go to the home, removed several furnishings and port out, swap back to the stuck character and it should log back in. But this process is time consuming and shouldn’t be necessary.Edited by Avoranti on August 24, 2020 5:05PM0 -

A guild mate is having the same issue with his Erstwhile Sanctuary though. So it’s not villa specific. It’s the home not being able to hold the amount of furnishings that’s granted with ESO+.

I'm having the same issue... I was in my psijic villa house, logged out, now if I try to log back in on that specific character I get a blue screen everytime. I am however able to log in and travel to the house and relog while in the house on my other characters. I tried reinstalling and resetting saved data etc... Didn't help.
What should I do?

You have to raise a ticket to report the problem. Chances are you'll get a standard response saying the problem is due to PlayStation/Sony because you get a standard blue screen error. After trying everything except the factory reset option, I went back to them to ask for the toon to be moved to another zone. Support kindly did that and I could access the toon again.0

The problem is NOT on Sony’s side. The problem is on ZoS side. It just recently started happening. We shouldn’t have to put in support tickets. We should be able to log out while in a personal space and not have issues logging back in.
Wild that so many of us are having this problem suddenly.
