Steed stone + Mundus trait x8 + Boundless storm + horse = Sanic Hegehog?

Title pretty much, i don't know the base speed bonus for the stone, and neither if traits stack. But i would really want to know this just for the lols (and maybe as a travelling set in cyrodiil). Let's say the main boon is 5%, add a whopping (basic) 8x4 = 32%, say, a 30% speed horse and 6 seconds of 25% Boundless storm.
All of that combined would equal a total of 67%, plus, with boundless storm (which also stacks) = 92%.
Will i be the fastest? Will i be able to use distorted sound from Sonic 1? Will i be faster than akatosh himself?

✭✭✭✭✭Are you calculating the mundus stone boost correctly? My understanding is that they make the effect itself [x]% better, not that they add [x]% to the existing effect. So if the base effect is 10%, a 32% boost makes it 13.2%, not 42%.----
