Should we be able to find guilds by name?

I saw a guild listed in the game at one point was seeing if I could find them again but couldn't I remembered the name and it got me thinking. Should we have the option to search for guilds by name?

Yes. Honestly it's a no brainer if you ask me and I am eternally baffled that it's not a thing.

Yes, fully supported. If you search for a guild you should be able to find it and for the moment it's not the case.

It's quite surprising to me how much fundamental information and basic functionality that is missing from the default user interface, and I really can't understand why they are not fixing any of it. Add-ons can fix some flaws, but not all, and not this one in particular.

I found I had a random invite from a person I don't know to a guild I don't know yesterday, when I logged in. Wanted to look that guild up via the guild finder and was surprised to see that there was no option to search for guilds by name (had no idea that wasn't a thing until yesterday). So yes, this should absolutely be an option and I really don't know why it isn't.

Yeah, I've said before we need the ability to search for Guild names, especially since whenever you close the Guild Finder and reopen it, you get a completely different listing of Guilds than what you just had. So if you accidentally exit the Finder while looking over Guild info, you're pretty much boned when it comes to finding it again.

It should have been in the Guild Finder tool in the first place.
I mean, what use is a Guild Finder if you can't specifically search for the Guild you are looking for?

Yes. Basic search functionality should have been included. Some of the things excluded in this game are very confusing (minimap).
