Mounting.
Not sure if this is a healers problem, but I get locked out of riding my mount and it is completely aggravating. Says I am not able to mount while in combat. But oh hey, I haven't been in combat for about 5 minutes and it still continually says I am. smh.

Same here. I've heard its a bug...
Better be a bug lol if it's intentional that's just silly...
I'm always being denied horsey even after a full 60 seconds of not fighting..0 -
awkwarrd✭✭✭Majority of the time, it's because you were in combat with someone or something that still registers as alive.
We have tested that players who are killed, and remain a corpse on the ground will keep you in combat.
After they release to rez, it will allow you to mount.
I have been locked in combat many times for many minutes, some almost 10 minutes, taking full advantage of the rez timer.
With much testing we still can't figure out how and why people get stuck in combat when taking a resource.
I believe this is a bug, we have had no official word that this is a bug or that ZOS are even aware of the problem.0
