I'm sure there are plenty of posts on these forums like "RAWR I'M MAD!!!" but as a faithful player over the years when i could find the time and money for eso plus (since eso plus is basically mandatory to play) I've been here until now. I know no one cares at all what I have to say but this is the final straw for me in this endless field of hay. So what is the problem here, is it the constant down times of server? No. Is it the fact that the game is buggier than new jersey? No. Maybe it's the fact that I've had to submit tickets to get my monthly crowns several times over the years despite them charging me on time? Not even that. No it is the fact that if i want to complete a sealed writ i need an item found from doing pvp content, the dreaded hakeijo rune. Now i know it can be bought from guild traders and that brings me to the real reason this is such an issue. I spent 20 minutes alt tabbing to tamriel trade center running to the guild trader it lists as having an item only to find it doesn't. After that 20 minutes of striking out I decided hey let's try doing IC sewers surely no one would be in that DLC after all this time. Man was I wrong, so after getting almost instantly ganked and reviving with my 16 telvar stones i decided to go back to trying guild traders. After 45 more minutes of alt tabbing to tamriel trade center because this game is terrible and doesn't have an auction house I'm still runeless. I then realized i spent my entire play session trying to buy a rune I'd have to pvp to get, one of the listings i ran to said it was posted 8 minutes before i got there and was still missing. I don't care the reasons it was never added, this game is garbage in it's current state especially this guild trader system.

What did you do with all the tel var you've earned in previous "pvp" events?

I don't pvp, ever. My hands are arthritic, my eye sight makes me miss most boss tells to dodge etc. I mostly just solo and do crafting to not hold others down in dungeons and such.

EDIT: I'm someone who puts 3/3 into keen eye just to find harvests

proly bad timing to search cause the rune sells for about 8k at traders,dont go IC if you dint want to
also for master writs: do the ones that will get you easy vouchers if you dont have the mats
f.e: the provision ones can get you a lot of vouchers and only require perfect roe (easy to get by fishing or from traders)
Nirnroot clothes will also get u vouchers and easy to farm the mats

after some time you will have enough vouchers for buy anything

in total i spent over an hour looking for 1 rune, even checking listings as high as 15k per rune and all of them were sold out by the time i got there. That is the problem here, never should you have to spend that long in your quest to find a basic crafting component for purchase. I'm sure some guild trader out there has what I'm looking for, prolly even at a lower price than I was trying to pay but I'll never know because of the guild trader system itself.

I'm sorry to hear you've had such a tough time finding this item. You said in your post that you've been playing for years, have you been getting your log in rewards? There have been a bunch of telvar given over the course of the rewards so far, definitely enough to get at least one rune. I was also under the impression (I could be wrong here, though) that Tamriel Trade Center is for PC, but your profile says you're on PS4, so maybe that's why you couldn't find the runes you saw being listed. If you're on PS4 NA server, pm me your PSN and I'll send you one of those runes when I get on in a little bit, no charge.

Must have signed into wrong account, I started on ps4 since when the game released my pc was broken for a year. I am currently on pc/stadia which both play on pc server. and as for login bonuses i think you might be mistaken as i have only ever gotten alliance points for login, that's how i leveled my pvp trees with my crafter.
