First off, I'd like to say that the idea of easier dungeons with some loot and a shard are a great idea.
However, what isn't a great idea is making them non-instanced. I tried to go through three different dungeons last night and every single one was fully cleared with a large group of people camping the boss (wasn't 100% sure why...maybe getting blues to deconstruct?). It's completely ruining those areas for everyone who actually wants to play through them and not have 10 people immediately kill the boss when he spawns.
I get the "it's an MMO you have to deal with other people, go QQ more" argument, but there has to be a better way to balance the good parts of an MMO with the bad parts (camping). Honestly, instead of instancing, just make it so that you can't kill the boss within a few hours of previously killing him and still get a blue. That would remove the incentive for people to stand around waiting for respawns and may allow other people to actually play through them.
