Banished Cells instance fixed in today's patch or not?

The patchnotes has some good things, but I dont see any mention of BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT fix needed. That is, Banished Cells dungeon. There are no mobs at all in the last room currently and therefore the endboss can never appear.
Can anyone confirm that it is fixed, because I cannot believe it is not?

Devilfish85✭✭✭As patient as I have been about everything else, I will be truly disappointed if this wasn't prioritized highly enough to fix asap. Literally 1/3 of players cannot do instances before level 20ish because not finishing this first instance prevents all the other branches and instances from unlocking. To me this one alone would be worth sitting through a couple hours maintenance to have fixed.
That said, we don't know for sure yet that it isn't somehow working, so I'm trying to stay hopeful.1 -

Yo ESO....having one of your first dungeons FUBAR for a very large portion of your user base is NOT a good way to keep customers.
Heck, I haven't even seen an acknowledgement from you that you are aware and working on it. How about getting some community support on this!!0 -
Sad to hear is not working.It should have been fixed already.Eso have some of the weirdest bugs I have seen.Things are working fine then suddenly stop working for some ppl and for others not.Then stop working for everybody.It seems the longer the game is running things start braking.0 -
LastLaugh✭✭Not working for me either, unfortunately. I agree this should be their top priority. Well actually, their second priority after sorting out the subscription mess that has left some players frozen out of the entire game.

Confirm fixed - completed it last night
It does not seem fixed.
Our group tried 3 times and we still did not manage to get even past the room where we were supposed to talk to the Keeper.
- we tried abandonning quest
- we tried to talk multiple times to quest giver to make sure everyone has read all lines.
Still after killing first Boss with the trapped Keeper no sequence was triggered to continue the quest and talk to the Keeper again.

yep, I also got lucky last night, one time, but we did not kill main boss, why our group was not set up properly for the main boss. Then today spent 4 hours wasting my time trying to get lucky again, trying all the tricks, abandoning, logging out restarting, yadda yadda, but nothing never could get the first lady freed and if you don't then the main boss at the end wont pop. should not be a hard fix but something is wrong. I talked to some in game that say they knew the trick to make it work but they never told me even after I asked so, if there is a trick someone please let us know. but yes it is broken, unless you get lucky or do something just right.0

dungya✭This quest is so broken it's not even funny. I expect it to be fixed soon...don't understand why it has not been tended too so far...hopefully they aren't busy fixing more later game bugs. Im more worried about what will happen when we are all levels 30+ and there are multiple quests like this blocking progress =(0 -

yes I tried a few more times, never worked, someone did say in Zone chat that the trick is to not have anyone port to you, not sure if they are accurate going to try again today a few times and see what happens im lvl 16 now and will be 17 soon, so yes I would have like to had it finished long ago.

gunplummer✭✭✭I have been trying to complete this quest since early access so I don't care if I'm level 50+++ and solo I will complete this stupid quest. It's no longer about the xp it's the principal now! Unsafe Haven was the same way I must have jumped to 20-30 instances until I got the right one to finish this quest.0
