Flame blossom n mad tinkerer needs some love

These 2 sets are great in idea but poorly designed. Especially öad tinkerer is fun. But both 1 second wait time and travel speed of procs make them literally unusable. Either remove that 1 second or make the proc move much faster pls. Or for both sets make them follow target in a reasonable speed. Hope smtng changes for these sets..

From the PTS patch notes:
Flame Blossom:
- Increased the damage done by this set to 10614, up from 8000.
- This set now always applies the Burning Elemental status effect to enemies hit.
- This set no longer has a proc chance. Now when you deal damage, you summon a line of flame that moves forward after 1 second, dealing 10,614 flame damage to any enemy in its path. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Mad Tinkerer:
- Increased the damage of this set to 10390, up from 9999.
- Removed the proc chance from this set. Whenever you deal damage, a verminous fabricant will be summoned that will - charge the nearest enemy, doing 10,206 damage.
- Reduced the cooldown to 8 seconds, down from 10.
No word, yet, on when Update 27 (Stonethorn) releases ... but likely before the end of the month.

Unfortunately, none of these changes affect targeting of the proc. I think that's what the original poster was getting at.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I would actually like to see the proc of Flame Blossom slowed down to like 1 meter/second and then enabled to deal damage every second in a way that would viable for PvE.
Imagine being a magDK and having it proc for like eight ticks underneath of Z'Maja! With a 10-second cooldown that would be like old Relequen-levels of DPS (and should also be adjusted downward).
Totally agree with Mad Tinkerer though. I've never used the set but the telegraph is ages long and not useful for either PvP or PvE.0
