How is that hard to understand for everyone :
Off-Meta => vTrial + easy HM one (VAA, VSO..), 4 vet man content + success for no-dlc 4 man content.
Meta => Harder vTrial HM, success no-death+speed run+HM for vtrial + 4 vet man content
=> Off meta doesn't mean inefficient build.
=> Bad player playing with bad build doesn't mean it's off-meta.
=> Bad player playing with meta build doesn't mean meta is bad.
Does meta is better than off-meta performance based ? OFC, that why we call it M.E.T.A. = Most Efficient Tactic Available.
Do we force everyone to play meta ? No.
Do we expect everyone to be efficient and play their roll fully and not just one part of it ? Yes.
