I'd be happy with just a tooltip standardization for DoTs. Some of them are framed as "500 damage every 2 seconds", while some just say "6,000 damage over 10 seconds". Why can't they all say "X damage every Y seconds"?
DoT Tick Rate, Target Cap, Status Effect Proc Chance, Stat Scaling, CP Modifiers, Buff Modifiers, add our Penetration to the Character Sheet.... simplify Healing Done, Healing Received, Healing Taken....

A game I played in the past had a setting in the Options to toggle between simple tooltips and complex tooltips. Simple tooltips only listed basic information about the skill, while complex tooltips told everything.
