The summerset celebration has been going on for a week. Shouldn't the grotto appear on Summerset's anniversary celebration?

✭✭✭✭✭Colossal Aldmeri Grotto was not referred to in the Event news clipping, @Altereddo.
So, I wouldn't expect it to be offered during the Event.
Not sure when it will be available again, but keep your eye on the monthly Crown Store previews.
