If they want to make a ton of money bring back companions. Fully customizable: race, class, damage mode, role and equipment. They cant carry anything for you and their skills would be preset to the role and primary resource you set for them. They can only be half CP equivalent of your highest character so a max of 405; these too are preset based same as skills. They would scale with your lower level characters appropriately so you wouldn't have to change their equipment to lower level. You can have a max of 3 per account (one for each role) and they cannot be present in a PvP area and also the moment you group with even one other player they unsummon. You should be able to get one free for completing a quest in game, say first time you finish cadwell's gold. The other two purchasable for 6-10k crowns each with the ability to purchase all 3.
