A suggestion for housing is game-in-game feature.
1. Get a gaming board for your house, maybe there might be a set of diffrent game types available.
2. Get together with your friends 2-8 friends.
3. Place your bets in the "price pool", can be gold, motifs, or other tradable items.
4. Play the game, loose or win!
This may be a reason for people, or guilds to have some housing fun. You may event get the "Gambler" or "Hustler" achievement
