Will you please give us some sort of general idea of what is going on? At a time like this when a lot of us have had our jobs lost or cut in half, (speaking for myself as a server), and we look to ESO for friendship, community or the horrors of PvP we still spend our limited monies on subscriptions, DLC and crown store goodies, WE DESERVE SOME COMMUNICATION FROM YOU.

shaielzafine✭✭✭✭✭Considering how they've been ignoring all the other posts and all the people saying they're banned on zos' twitch for asking the community managers questions about performance / servers / Cyrodiil on livestream, what could they even say at this point? Their actions / inaction with the way they handle the community sets the tone. I've seen them do bans and snarky comments towards paying subscribers, very different from GMs and community managers in other games I've been playing. The forums and eso discords I'm on are just lots of people complaining about "communication" and the new pts eso patch. They could put out more blog posts or announcements, I guess. Maybe more of the communicating about communicating promises.2

drakthir✭✭✭They have been communicating, a lot more recently, but you are aware they know that there are problems right, they have eyes but they also see the billions of bug/lag reports over time. Just because the demands of every moan poster is not met with dev communication does not mean there is no comms. They have the year performance improvment plans regularly being updated, they do update people as to why servers go down/extended maintenance.
The guy above claims people are gettign banned for trying to communicate, just saying if you guys are spamming twitch chats with your demands then i personally would also ban you... oh and the fact that you're a paying subscriber dosen't give you a free pass to be a ***0 -

The extended maintenance? Well such things can happen and then they get fixed as they arise...
Cyrodiil plans are also outlined...

Yup, couple of my mates have been banned too and they weren't ranting or cursing or anything, it were politely worded requests. So it's simply talking about it will get you banned.0
