Help: is this exaggeration? Did they remove animation cancelling and introduce hard global CDs?

    Read Lambert's most recent Dev post. There's proposed changes to deal with Cyrodiil lag which include cooldowns on AoE's.

    it's not "changes they propose" ; it's TESTS they will make for 4 weeks in august, to register some datas.............and only in Cyro.

    Note that unless an confirmed 180 degree change in policy regarding PvP and PvE mechanic, the mother of all nerfs will hit PvE too.
