When I watch videos on youtube, Alcasth ect ... I am really surprised by the Add-on available on pc, there is something for everything: when the boss is attacked and what he will do, with the solution for that (dodge ect ...) when the adds go pop, and more.

✭✭✭✭Unfortunately it seems unlikely to happen.
Microsoft or Sony would need to agree to it in the first place, and that presumably entails a lot more than just signing off on the idea per se: there would be questions to settle about who (if anyone) would provide support, how the add-ons would be curated and moderated, etc. There is more freedom on PC in terms of third-party mods in large part because there isn’t a platform owner to go through.
But who knows if ZOS has even broached the subject? I don’t recall seeing a comment either way to that effect. It may be they’d rather spend their resources elsewhere, even though add-ons would provide significant QoL improvements.0
