I reported the person and took screenshots. What can I expect from ESO support?

    In the future;

    Never go first unless the other person looks like they're pretty serious about the game (titles, skins, max CP etc) i never go first if the other person is like 100 CP :D

    I sent a ticket with screenshots, got nothing back after 2 months. So good luck. Customer Service seems to depend on the person you get.

    ZOS refunds gold for crown scams on a case by case basis, @solidstate77ub17_ESO ... so even though it's seemingly good news it's not a 100% guarantee.

    In addition, gold refunds are often only done for the first occurrence. After that, you're at your own risk.

    Next time use a trusted Crown broker such as Tamriel Crown Exchange or World Crown Exchange.
