Old Account, No enlightened bonus @ first 50

I have an old account but haven't actively played the game in years. I've just recently hit 50 for the first time, and on hitting 50 I received 400,000 enlightened exp. My friend also hit 50 the following day and received millions of points. I was able to grind to just before CP20 or so on mine and he went all the way to the 80s. I've contacted support via the ticket system and they just repeatedly tell me that I was given the correct amount. I've asked in game as well as found multiple threads pointing to this same issue with old accounts.

Really frustrating to be repeatedly told in a clearly copy/pasted response that "I received the correct amount" when I have not.

You probably won't get anywhere @Lucknine. They say this is normal because our accounts are old and that the bonus 4.8 million is catch up exp and we aren't entitled to it. I've seen like 20+ threads that shows this isn't really correct or at least that they have provided conflicting information around it. (some people with old accounts did still get the bonus on first 50)

If I was to guess it's really a bug of some kind that they just don't care to address so they just ignore it and then give you some BS reason.

how does this Enlightened Bonus work?
My Account is quite old, must be late Beta, which after i bought the Base Version, but never really played it (2-3 char max level 20)
Now with the release of Greymore, i bought every Addon and leveled a new Char to Level 50.

What do i need to do to get this "enlighten Bonus/catch up mechanik" - until now i only did the Tutorial -> Stonefall + Mainstory and started Cadwell Silver. Still wearing White/Green/Blue gear without "knowing" what i am doing, just enjoying the Story so far
