Keep getting booted off game with "An error has occured, please wait a few minutes and try again."

Hey y'all, so recently my addons have been causing me to get booted off ESO with ""An error has occurred, please wait a few minutes and try again." no error code, just that. This began happening whenever I reinstalled ESO and my addons because I hard wiped my computer, I dont remember exactly when I did this, about 10 or so days ago. sometimes I can log back in immediately, other times I have to wait a minute because it says i'm already logged in. I assumed it is my addons as playing without any addons loaded I can play for hours on end without getting booted off, while with slowly turning on just my libraries in increments of 5, I end up getting booted off within 10-15 minutes, sometimes in just a few minutes.
(I use minion to install all of my addons)
In attempt to fix this issue I have:
-repaired ESO from the launcher
-uninstalled and reinstalled the game from the launcher
-uninstalled and reinstalled from steam
-deleted the files Addons, AddOnSettings.txt, and SavedVariables
-uninstalled and reinstalled my addons
-made sure I updated everything I could from minion
To try and locate which addons were causing this, I slowly turned on my libraries in increments of 5 every 10 minutes, I got near the end of my list without crashing, then I got to LibRunebox, LibSavedVars, LibTextFIlter, and NodeDetection
Turning then all off I still ended up getting booted off, so I still had no idea what was wrong
As a final attempt I made a forum account and see if anyone has had issues with this, as of right now, the addons I have that still boot me off are:

Destination
ESO Master Recipe LIst
Lib Execution Queue
LoreBooks
MM and MM datafiles 1-15
Quest Map
S'rendarr
Skyshards

Im gonna keep slowly turning off my addons to see if I can find which one is making me boot off, but I hope some people are having problems as well. Because it's very annoying and I just want to play with my addons.

Hamfast✭✭✭✭✭My wife and I have been having the same problem, started a few weeks back... but I have disabled all my addons and still got booted with the same error... also figured out I don't like to play with out addons any more.
We did change Internet service providers just before the problems started but by the rules, I am not sure if I can say which service...
Perhaps I can put it this way, We had no problems with F but they jacked up the prices, so we switched to S and started having problems...
Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...0
