Do Crown Crates have the same things in them that they originally had when they come back?

With the Summerset event the Psijic Vault Crates are coming back and I'm wondering if everything originally in them will still be available, or if they swap things each time they come back? Specifically I'm wondering if the Black Senche-Lion will likely be in them, since it was the last time Psijic Vault was available, but it isn't a Summerset themed mount.

✭✭✭They don't change the contents of Crown Crates. It will include the Lion too.
