You'll find the guild recruitment area at the bottom, just select your platform and region, although it's better to ask in the zone chat.0 -

In game click G and on the left side of the window that opens select guild finder from the pull down and make sure you are searching for PvP and in the advanced options you can select your faction to make it eaiser.1
