Getting to Coldharbour

Hi, so I'm level 46 now and still can't seem to find the way into the level 43-50 zone, Coldharbour. I've completed practically every quest in all of the other level zones, the ones that aren't bugged. My main story quest line is stuck at Messages Across Tamriel but I heard that's a known problem. So, I was wondering what I was missing to get access to that zone. I'm on AD faction.

It's after the quest Messages Across Tamriel that you get to Coldharbour the "natural" way. But if you have a friend who is in there you could ask them to teleport you there.Think before you act. There are always consequenses to your actions eventhough you may not notice them0
