CP Player in below level 50 Battleground

Hi, so I was on one of my characters that is above level 50 and I queued for a battleground. When I got in I noticed my teammates were all below level 50. It turns out everyone was below level 50 in that battleground. I don't know how I got in that battleground, I queued for a random battleground like I normally do. I played the battleground to the end to grab some screenshots, although I realize I should have just exited early to not ruin the other player's experiences. Attached are some previously mentioned screenshots of the battleground.

ioo✭Update: Went into another cp Battleground and I was queued with people the same level as I am so it seems to be working fine now.0
