Weirdest error/bug I have ever heard of.

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    @newtinmpls Can you please clarify what is happening? You haven't listed enough information for anyone to advise, never mind for ZoS to investigate. Is your banker (when active) changing items WORN or in YOUR inventory into a different set (and does this persist in combat as long as the banker is out?), or does this catty banker only show you a Hiti set in her bank view (i.e. still in your bank) that is actually a Titanborn set if you go to a regular city banker? (Screenshot?) Are you possibly confusing your own bank inventory with that of a guild bank? Which platform are you on - PC, XB1, or PS/4?

    Long story ... well I was going to say long story short, but whatever

    My sweetie and I went through Frostvault so he could farm enough gear to outfit one of his characters with a bunch of Titanborn. Then he put it in his bank to that his other character could improve and enchant it the way he wanted. So he does all that (while the stuff was in the bank), then logs into the other character, to pull it out again and it's all gone. All the Titanborn pieces.

    1-If he'd have put it in the guild bank, he couldn't have improved it

    2-just general WTF

    So sent a note to ZoS, and they had some suggestions like:

    Was it junked by accident (no, not possible from how things were done) Same for put into guild store - it was Ezabi and she doesn't do that.

    Were addons preventing seeing it (no, checked that)

    NOT sold to any vendor (no, and checked just to make sure).

    So off we go to re-farm the stuff...we go with two friends, and RNGjeezus blesses us and he gets pretty much the whole set, except for pants/guards. Next day the two of us do a PUG run and get the pants. Hallelujah!

    Side note - he wanted the Titanborn, I wanted the Hiti's and he gave the Bani stuff to someone else. So he ONLY had Titanborm, specifically the Titanborn greaves.

    There were 3 Hiti's belts and I think also a frost staff, and I found a Titanborn staff that I didn't give him (just for full disclosure here).

    So he puts the pants (sorry the TITANBORN GUARDS) into his bank, via Ezabi (cause she is darn cute).

    Then his other character goes to improve them.

    No Titanborn.

    But there are Hiti's pants. THERE WERE NO HITI'S PANTS FOUND ON THE RUN!! and if there were, I would have gotten them. NO, this was not his first run and they weren't a bound drop from a box from Lyris (just in case anyone wondered).

    Original character doesn't have the the Titanborn guards, bank doesn't have them. They are gone, and a pair of Hiti's pants has shown up out of nowhere.

    Ezabi says nothing helpful, the little scamp.
