Cyrodiil PvP - ability bars lock, total character freeze (but not visual)

Ability bars get locked after using certain abilities, it means that no ability can be used, no roll-doge, no block, no ability bar swap possible and also client side visuals show movement of the player, but other players see standing player not doing anything.

Shield assault from one hand and shield abilities causes permanent player freeze.
Take flight causes permanent freeze.
Roll-dodge causes 1-3 seconds freeze.
etc etc etc

Looks like these rapid position change abilities cause absolute desync of the players client.
Besides the terrible lags on EU servers as always, this is really critical issue. Servers performance almost the same like during Midyear Mayhem, unplayable.

    New combo :)
    Take flight, ability bars locked for 10 seconds (visuals still showing player movement) and after 10 seconds teleport back to original take flight location.

    Also besides all of that without using anything special, every ability takes 5-10 button pushes and 1-3 second to be even used.
    Drinking potions during heavy combat? Better forget about it too...

    test if ur internet connection is ok just to make sure its not that. having bad connection can cause this too. sprint bug? but most likely explanation will be lag+server issues as usual during high trafic times.

    Thank's for tips surfer, but unfortunately there are no tweaks possible on my side already. I am in middle of EU, in capital city, with optic wire internet with huge speed and minimal latency. I have also 1-2 years old PC for a lot of money. These performance bugs are and stay answered like "check your PC and internet", well this is not the case at all. Things is, EU eso servers and the whole game are just unable to handle whole PvP and it's not a fault of any client. I know they are working on the performance improvement, but for example after last patch and removing of Midyear Mayhem campaigns something significant happened and performance went down, so I am just reporting.

    You know, when high traffic is the problem, then what about increasing bandwidth of servers, upgrading hardware of servers, but yeah, such things cost a lot of money and it's not that easy like "just buy new and update", I know. Maybe that's not even the real problem, but the engine of the game itself, maybe it just can't be handled by the software. Developers won't tell what's the problem, it would compromise the name of the game and the work done on it.

    I would do it radically, I would disable grouping for PvP. Try to be near 10 man perma AoEing ball group, they will lag your away from this world, there is no skill about it with this performance, it's just plain spamming and overflowing commands execution queue of the servers. LFGs are at least random, people act kinda chaotically and servers are fine with it, but these synchronized ball groups, that's heavy over-spamming and being near such group means 20-times heavier lag in the whole area.

    I mean, reduce max group size in Cyrodiil to 5 for example... friends could still play together, people aren't blind anyway and can see each other too, there is no reason for huge zergs, zone chat works too and people know where to go... And anyway, big LFG zergs are most of the time literally spied by opposite faction and used as body farm for mentioned ball groups, exact location of them is being permanently reported to them and they accurately follow them, that's absolutely obvious. I think there is no fun about it this way like it works in Cyrodiil now.
