Another progress stopping bug. "Report to Marbruk" bugged.

Once again i met a progress stopping bug. "Report to Marbruk" part of main quest in Greenshade are bugged.
You suppose to go back to Marbruk and enter one of the houses. Then talk with the queen.
But there is no Queen inside. There is actualy no NPCs at all.
Please fix.

So, i tryed to destroy "Scout's letter" which i supposed to deliver to queen in order to roll back my quest progress to previous state.
Usualy that worked. But not now. Now the quest is all lost...
I was 1 click from getting my skill point and be able to proceed into next location and... srsly WTF?

Still not fixed after patch... Quest giver never show up. Quest is lost for ever.

Quest - Report to Marbruk - is bugged.
After several days of attempting to complete this quest I give up. The house where the NPC (aka Queen) is suppose to be is empty. No way to complete and still no fix.
Please fix!!

Same here. Empty house. Seem to run into a bugged quest nearly every day. So annoying.

I actually saw her in that house, before I had the quest, to report to her - not afterwards though.

Dont remember the exact quest, but after you take it, queen relocate to the Bridge and never come back. For some reason, some specific NPC can't be in different location at the same time for same player.

I get the feeling that if you finish the quest in Hechtahame that maybe that bugs the Marbruk quest, because now the queen is standing there waiting for me to go to the next zone but it no where to be seen in Marbruk.

For the love of god. Still broken...
Patch notes says that it was fixed.
Well, may be Queen is now at the house she supposed to be(cant check), but quest giver "Major Cirenwe" still do NOT give you quest again if you abandoned it.
