Oh man I hope so, the other house is cool, but this is the one I NEED. It looks like is would make a ridiculously cool guild house for a smaller guild with all of those work tables/display tables, and that deck area!

Oh man, if this ends up being one of those "how many people got the exploration rewards" for the upcoming Skyrim event like the Psijic Villa was...

I wish it was in a more snowly location. Also the way the interior is designed, the second floor (or third if you are counting the intermediate floor as the second floor) doesn't have the space to comfortably fit a bed. The intermediate floor shouldn't have a bed because people need to go through there to reach the top and the ground floor is a bit too open and would need a lot of dividers to make proper sleeping areas in there, which is possible but not ideal.
If only they would extend the intermediate floor to be a proper second floor by extending it a little bit towards the center of the hall and have a gallery across the entrance where you can walk to the other side of the hall and have a more remote bedroom on the left side corner on the second floor. With those changes it would easily be my favorite house.

That is because it is intended to be a personal Gallery, not a house.

That is because it is intended to be a personal Gallery, not a house.

There goes my hope for the morthal longhouse setup...

I just found it. It's in the southern part of the Western Skyrim map.

The other new house, Still Waters Retreat, is to the northeast of the Alpine Gallery, just east of the Frozen Coast wayshrine.

The way it's worded as being part of a bundle makes me worry it'll only be available through said bundle and thus will probably cost a decent amount of Crowns/money. I originally thought it would be an unlockable like the Psijic manor with Summerset or the Champions house with Elsweyr, given the blurb says it'll be made available during an event, but then the bundle thing was datamined...

Thank you @bearbelly!! For some reason, the icon for the Still Waters Retreat was present on my map but this one wasn't until I rode close enough to it. It's a neat house, wooden and sturdy, just the way I like them, but they mismatched outside and inside again:/ All of its little wings - right, left and back one clearly have 2 stories inside (both with windows), but on the outside it's just one. It also has a smoking chimney but no stove inside. I hope they can fix that before it goes live but given the previous experience, I doubt that.

I'm also wondering if you could add an extra floor of your own layout up there, there seems to be a lot of space under the ceiling above the last floor, but some of the previous house had invisible wall in places like that, preventing you from doing anything. I hope this one doesn't.

I can't remember the title of the thread, but yesterday someone quoted some data-mined info which mentioned that the Alpine Gallery would be made available as part of an upcoming event called the "Lost Treasures of Skyrim."

I've seen that event mentioned before, recently, so at this point, I think it is actually planned, though I don't know what it will entail.
I am hoping that, given the nature of this house -- being big and empty, but with a stated purpose -- that this event will be like the Summerset event that granted the big and empty Psijic Grand Villa as its big reward, and that the Galllery will be the big reward for the Skyrim event.

"Hoping" being the operative word, since I'm just speculating. With hope.
I am hopey.

I'm gonna leave my dumb hopeyness on display so everyone can see how much of an idiot I am, given that all of the stuff I mentioned, but couldn't remember where I'd seen it, was just a couple of posts above mine in this very thread.
