[Suggestion] New Mythic item: Sheogorath's Wabbajockey bat

With the recent outcry regarding the proposed skill line placement of Rapids, I offer my suggestion for the introduction of a new, one-handed mythic weapon:

Sheogorath's Wabbajockey Bat
(1 item) Gain Major Gallop at all times while mounted and (insert minor negative effect here) to complete "kiss/curse" requirement.

Not sure what weapon type this would ultimately be classified as since a jockey "bat" is more of a flexible mini-whip/baton/paddle, but I'm sure the devs could work out that detail.

Having a whole Mythic item required per character to receive major gallop is way worse than getting to Alliance War rank 6. It's 88k AP, which is like 10-12 battlegrounds maybe? And that comes with 6 skill points, which you want anyway, and you're close to barrier, which is helpful for all DPS and healer characters.

Farming a Mythic for each character just for Major Gallop would be wild.

It would be pretty simple to just bank a single Wabbajockey bat and pull it out for whichever character you were playing though.

Much easier to grind one mythic than earn 88k AP on 17 alts since I’ve only managed to get one character high enough ranked to have rapids unlocked if the proposed changes go live. And honestly, most of that AP came from daily login rewards, lol.
