I find it extremely appalling that, despite the number of reports that were submitted regarding this individual, almost a week later seemingly no action has been taken against them; they even approached one of my guildmates this morning offering to "sell" Crowns.

It's also appalling that this ticket has been edited by ZOS for content but apparently not addressed in any other way. Maybe move some folks from the moderation group to the group that can actually do something helpful? Especially with the "higher than normal contacts due to covid"

If this player is still active to this day, that is unacceptable. Multiple tickets and reports have been submitted about him and we also called his name out publically.

My advice to everyone reading is to keep making noise. Don't let this discussion die until we get an appropriate response
