Furnishing Display Outside Coldharbor Bank?

Now there is a display with furniture items outside the bank in Coldharbor, but it is not showing the current luxury furniture items, it is not the furnishing leads for the zone, and it is not the achievement furnishings for Coldharbor. I don't remember seeing this as of 2 weeks ago, and did not see anything in patch notes about what this is. Anyone have an idea? Next week's luxury items? Crown store furnishing showcase?

But yeah, people noticed this addition and wondered what it could be.
Almost all the furniture are past Luxury furniture that were sold by Zanil, so perhaps they are going to move him out of the Inn and closer to the wayshrine at some point? It certainly looks like a purpose-built open-air furniture shop.1 -

✭✭I saw her there a couple weeks ago, so it's been there for at least that long.
It's weird that she's standing on top of the cart - Shana Hammerfell. You can talk to her, but that's it.
I suspect that she's going to become Zanil's assistant, similar to Rolis' assistant, and she will sell old luxury items while Zanil offers new ones. Since many of the furnishings surrounding her are old luxury furnishings, that's my guess.
Several years ago, a player posted their idea of adding an assistant to Zanil, who would sell previous items, freeing up his store to sell all new items. Let's hope they listened and this is what will happen.5 -

✭✭✭It's confirmed in the PTS notes now, that they will move him out of the inn.
'Zanil Theran, the Luxury Furnisher, has gotten his own stall in the Hollow City. When in town, he can now be found just down the street from Cicero’s Food & General Goods, instead of his prior cramped location in the back corner of that establishment.
Note: He’s also convinced Shana Hammerfell to climb down from his cart. She was just a little over-excited."2
