House ideas: treehouse and boathouse

how about a treehouse. Not a grown house tree like what's in Grahtwood but an actual wooden house built in a large tree. The large treehouse would not have a lot or yard only lookouts or balconies. You access it from a ladder at the base of the tree. Something like this would be a small house with maybe two levels and maybe a lookout at the top.
Another idea is a houseboat. Again this would be either a small houseboat or a classic sized ship. We don't need a huge cavern to come with it like that notable in Summerset. Just the boat. The smaller homes are much easier to decorate within the allowed slots.

Sharalei✭✭✭✭I have built what you describe, a house within a hollowed out tree, three stories, with a little balcony on the top level for views. You are welcome to take a visit ..... NA server, Sharalei, Ample Domicile.

The Aldmeri Grotto is quite niche and huge, so I sure for one want more of the smaller houses, like medium and large-ish. Not all the notable monstrosities[Lie] Of course! I also built a treehouse at Moon Sugar Meadow, you may have seen it, OP, as we are in the same housing guild (if not, it's my primary and PSN is same as my name here, please feel free to check it out 😊). I had a lot of fun making it and would like to try more in other spaces, but we need bigger trees, more suspension bridges, etc. and empty lots like MSM.0 -

*Sigh* yes, more slots would be so nice. Which is why I'm not quite understanding how they can implement pathing. They said performance would be an issue if more slots were added, but now we can have things move around? I AM excited for pathing, don't get me wrong, but won't that affect performance, too? I don't know anything about development, granted, but I'm definitely curious how that works.0
