It really is an intense feeling! I don't know if I'll ever be able to run it again, but, who knows, I wasn't sure I could complete it the first time! Even if I don't get the perfected Maelstrom weapon, as you said, having that title to sport is awesome.

Until you figure out the staged choreography, this whole place is just a PTSD inducing mess. This Behemoth stage is probably one of the worst still, with the RNG of the nasty flowers. if they appear under a mender shield, your no death run is a fail. I started to run through all flowers with Major Expedition as soon as I can, to minimize the risk of accidentally going into one - it works great.
When you know when and where things spawn (and what they do), it's a little bit like when Neo figures out how to use his powers in The Matrix, it becomes a child's play.1 -

I just wish VMA was moved to the client so we could enjoy this solo instance without any lag. That would make it so much more fun (for those who enjoy it), competitive and - possibly - an activity we could still run during maintenances like we have right now. That would be a highly appreciated change.1 -

It's been proven over the course of more than 4 years now that it seems to be impossible to have this instance run smoothly and reliably. Having it within the client would fix at least lag once and for all.1 -
