I tried Grey first last night (laggy as hell) then switched to Black (not as bad but still laggy) then logged out. Was hoping beyond hope that the Greymoor update included some performance fixes, but it seemed exactly the same.

Are you saying you had lag in western Skyrim and Blackreach.?

How are the performance updates coming along? Will Cyrodill ever be playable in prime time? Is there actually any staff that monitors server health status?
