For the Dwarven Ebon Wolf leads that drop in Darkshade Caverns 1 & 2; do they drop on Normal or only on Veteran?

✭I got both of those leads in normal runs of DC 1 & DC 2. Both leads dropped from the final boss in their specific dungeon.
