you dont need any healing to parse with b4b as a necro or magden. their rotation has so many other things theyre doing that spammables takes a major back seat and they passively regen enough health to use it without heals.

also, you guys are still forgetting that b4b isnt any stronger than any other spammable for trials since healers keep your hp at 100% anyways. the only advantage it gives is muchc easier to sustain rotation, which is a clear indicator that nobody likes having to micromanage their resource in pve
youre all just looking at dummy humpers and screaming bloody murder because of one niche scenario that literally never happens to that degree anywhere else in the game

Unfortunately it's about to be garbage as well. Per patch notes from PTS:
Blood for Blood (morph):
Decreased the execute multiplier on this morph to 60%, down from 100%.
This ability now ranks up in 5% execute scaling damage per rank, rather than scaling in 1.1% damage per rank.
After casting this ability, you cannot be healed by allies for 5 seconds.
As for only being able to use vampire skills on a vampire bar because werewolf has that issue, a person has to shift forms to become a werewolf to get those extraordinary (and OP) abilities, and they have to continue eating (and stop using abilities) to keep that form. A vampire is ALWAYS a vampire. It would be ridiculous to allow a werewolf to have ww abilities outside of their form. It would be ridiculous to force a vampire to only be able to use their abilities on a vampire bar. Silly idea.
