Some ideas to achieve #balance

Now that it's that time of year, I have some further suggestions for certain sets that the combat team should look at:
1. Mother's Sorrow, hasn't been touched in a long time. Needs to be nerfed, I think the crit should be based on a chance.
2. Rele, this set is genuinely broken. Needs a major nerf.
3. MA and WM, just nerf them by the fifth week, instead of waiting till next chapter.
4. Concentrated Force should apply effect by the 4th cast which should be cast within 5 seconds.
5. The added bonus on perfected Maelstrom should be removed.
6. Balorgh is broken. Please fix.
7. The overwhelming reliance on necromancer's Colossus needs to be addressed as well if we wish to achieve balance.
On a serious note: stop making over the top drastic changes, please.
