Unable to log in (Steam and non-Steam, NA)

Either it doesn't let me log in at all, like it just shows the logging in popup and then that disappears, or if I do get to the character select screen I select my character and get a really long loading screen and then get kicked for inactivity. It started doing this last night. I was able to get in earlier today but it's been happening on and off all day and now I've tried repeatedly and can't get through.

✭Still happening. I reset the router, ran a repair on the launcher, nada. I also sent in a ticket but I know response time will be slow with work from home. If I'm lucky I can log into each account once a day but if I character swap it happens again so I'm not getting much gameplay in. I know tagging staff is frowned on, but @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or someone else can you help?
