Im sure this has been answered before but its hard to articulate into a short and sweet google search
If I run a charged lightning staff, cast wall of elements, and bar swap to a non-charged weapon, will wall of elements retain the additional chance to proc status effects from charged even though I'm no longer on the charged bar?
