The same happens to my warden bear. I can get if you want to force despawn on maybe the outfit station since I've had others' pets be in my way as I'm previewing an outfit, but on crafting stations? On the writ turn-in platform in Solitude?
At some point my warden bear despawned at a dolmen in Alikr. Why are our pets dying?
